1. Production and design approval
Orders are printed exactly as submitted by the customer in the live editor. Please review all front and back design details before sending your form.
You may request design changes before production starts. In most cases, change requests are accepted up to 6 hours after form submission or payment confirmation.
2. Product returns and exchanges
One Arcys follows strict quality control standards. Because every order is custom printed and pressed, product returns are not accepted once production is completed.
If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, we will process an exchange after internal review. Contact us at insight@onearcys.com.
3. Refund limits after delivery
No money refunds are issued once the product has been delivered.
4. Shipping and tracking
Shipping carriers are USPS or UPS depending on route and service availability. Delivery estimates can change due to carrier operations. We will provide an official tracking number from the assigned carrier.
In case of delays or package loss, we can help locate your shipment. However, One Arcys is not responsible for internal issues, delays, or loss events caused by third-party carriers.
