Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Design change window

Design updates can be requested before printing begins. In most cases, requests are accepted within 6 hours after form submission or payment confirmation.

2. Cancellation requests

If your order has not entered production, you may request cancellation for review. Approved cancellations may qualify for a refund.

3. Refund processing time

When approved, refunds are processed within up to 30 business days after the cancellation request is accepted.

4. No refund cases

  • No refunds after the product has been delivered.
  • No product returns or refunds once garments are printed and heat-pressed.

5. Incorrect order received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us at insight@onearcys.com. Eligible cases will be handled as an exchange.

6. Shipping carriers and delays

USPS and UPS are used for shipments. Delivery timing can vary beyond estimates based on carrier operations. You will receive a tracking number from the assigned carrier.

We can assist in locating missing packages, but One Arcys is not responsible for loss events caused by third-party internal carrier issues.
